Virtual Member Care is a Telehealth Only service provides virtual personalized care with convenient access to your medical provider from anywhere. Providing Telehealth services in CT, RI and FL at $99 per month
Non-Member Care offers primary care and non-urgent services to those individuals temporarily in the Mystic, Westerly and surrounding areas perfect for hotel guests, tourists, and other area visitors. Our per visit rates are shown below
$129 - Telehealth visit (CT and RI)
$299 - House call (CT and RI hotels)
$299 - Non-Member Routine Wellness Visit
Classic Member Care includes primary medical care, extended office visits, annual wellness exams, minor procedures and phone, text and video chat telemedicine visits. Our Individual/Couples/Family rates shown below are structured to provide quality care at the best rate.

Late Cancelation/No Show Fee is $99 per person as we have reserved this time for you.
Due to the increased regulatory burdens, our providers will NOT prescribe chronic pain medications.
If your automatic credit card charge fails, there will be a $25 processing fee each time there is a failed payment. Two consecutive failed charges will result in a discharge from the practice.
Although your membership medicine fee will cover many of your primary care needs, it is essential that you and your family maintain a medical insurance policy to cover those medical fees not included in your membership (such as hospitalizations, services provided by specialists, diagnostic testing and prescription drugs).
Our Classic Member Care policy is a 6-month minimum membership commitment; 30 day written notice required for cancellation of membership.
