As a boutique medical service provider, we offer specialized services tailored to you. Because we do not accept insurance, we work directly for you, the patient, ensuring our focus remains entirely on your individual weight loss needs.
Our weight loss program is conducted via virtual appointments. Medication is NOT included. Prescription is filled at local retail pharmacy or shipped from compounding pharmacy. Please note pharmacy suppliers have the potention to increase the price of GLP-1 medication.

Late Cancelation/No Show Fee is $99 per person as we have reserved this time for you.
Due to the increased regulatory burdens, our providers will NOT prescribe chronic pain medications.
If your automatic credit card charge fails, there will be a $25 processing fee each time there is a failed payment. Two consecutive failed charges will result in a discharge from the practice.
It is essential that you and your family maintain a medical insurance policy to cover such items as hospitalizations, services provided by specialists, diagnostic testing and prescription drugs.
Our Weight Loss Program is a 6-month minimum membership commitment; 30 day written notice required for program cancellation.
